Pet Policy

This is a cat and dog friendly building that has no size restrictions on dogs, however, the pets must be specifically approved by the Landlord.
Other conditions:

  • Tenants with pets must pay a pet deposit as well as a pet DNA kit fee (for participating buildings)
  • Maximum of two pets
  • All pets must be carried and/or on a leash when going through the common areas
  • Pet owners must clean up after their pets
  • The pet must not disturb others in the building
